General interface for loading and saving a graph from/to disk

Class Summary

BipartiteGraphReader
GraphMLFile	A file reader for GraphML files.
GraphMLFileHandler	The default GraphML file handler to use to parse the xml file
HypergraphReader
MatrixFile	Basic I/O handler for ascii matrix files.
PajekNetFile	Deprecated. As of version 1.4, replaced by PajekNetReader and PajekNetWriter
PajekNetReader	Reads a Graph from a Pajek NET formatted source.
PajekNetReader.ListTagPred	A Predicate which evaluates to true if the argument ends with the string "list".
PajekNetReader.TagPred	A Predicate which evaluates to true if the argument starts with the constructor-specified String.
PajekNetWriter	Writes graphs in the Pajek NET format.
